Harvest Festival

The village church was decorated with flower arrangements like this one for Harvest Festival today. Pumpkins, marrows, onions were set around the font and the harvest loaf was in front of the altar.

We plough the fields and scatter
The good seed on the land....

We sang heartily!

But during the service we remembered those people around the world and in our country who do not have enough to eat. It is a complicated world and the solutions are not easy!
