New Rooms

This is Miss E's room and her en suite office!! Again this is the only picture I took today - to send to Mr K to show him that the paint had dried nicely and it looked ace and well done for all his hard work!!
It's been so rubbish this week with me packing and moving boxes all day and Mr K painting all night. We haven't seen each other at all and are both exhausted. And Mr K has been working in Reading and Winchester so has a big commute to contend with too. 
But it's starting to come together and we can see that it will all be worth it.
The bedroom is "Calm waters" and the study is "Sigh of relief". Both chosen by Miss E herself. I can recommend Valspar colours highly but not the actual paint. It's rubbish!! It definitely needs two coats and - while I may be wrong - I assume that decent paint should do the job in one. We've done all of downstairs in one coat of normal Dulux and it looks fab! 
Anyway rant over!!
The rest of the day involved boxes and dust and moving things about!!
