My little Texas girl....

Jennie and my granddaughter arrived at O'Hare right on schedule, so we scooped them up when they got outside! It just melted my heart when the little one spotted me, got the hugest smile on her face, and held out her arms to me!! Such a sweetheart!  When we got back to the house I showed Jennie the little micro fleece boots and the little mittens I'd bought at the Cranberry Festival for my granddaughter. They look so tiny next to an adult size! Jennie put the mittens on the little one, who wore them for long time without pulling them off, so she must have liked them!  A one year old  Wisconsinite wouldn't have much use for mittens in the fall, but when we go out, I didn't want my little Texas girl to get cold!! :))
