Prickly

I like plants and flowers that are past their best, so this teasel leaf caught my eye. 

I'm behind with comments (again) and the sofa is calling... I'll catch up tomorrow. 

All well here, the Blood Pressure Plus clinic sister is happy with my progress, given that it's been less than a month, but as my BP is still on the low side, they can't really up my heart meds to speed my recovery. But I'll get there!
