Extra long walk at the coast this morning and a wee bit of a run considering the City to Surf is but 2 weeks away! I have done NO practice ..... as usual , ah well ...as long as I have my inhaler and my tunes Ill be fine! (mibby!)

Busy day which turned into a very flat light day so early morning shots were the bestest. Curry made and washings on then down to the coast for a stroll and a pint. (25 degrees again .....sorry!)
