Cairnbaan
This feels a bit like cheating, taking a photo of someone else's art. However, it was very beautiful. The previous day we went to Achinbreck, which has a rock face with 90 cup and ring marks. Far too many to photograph. This is much smaller. Like Achinbreck, the slab is in a position high on a hill with sweeping views. (Achinbreck overlooks Loch Goil and over to Arran, and Cairnbaan looks down over Kilmichael in one direction and down along the canal towards Lochgilphead in the other.)
There were many photos I'd have liked to use for today, it was very hard to choose - and I still can't work out how to load extras!
