Poppy Head

Lovely day here and managed to get three loads of washing dry outside.  

Coaching session with a colleague who has a lot on her mind at the moment.  We created a 'mood board' for her by looking at her photographs and using images and words from  magazines and newspapers.  She really enjoyed the process and seemed happier as a result.  I gather the mood board is now in her bedroom where she will see it when she wakes up each day.

No 1 son phoned this evening and he was very chipper.  Result.
