Pier

Had to head up to the house this morning to let the electrician in, then popped down in to town to get some beta glucans - I was feeling lousy yesterday (hence a day missed on Blip) and am convinced that they help keep me healthy!

Had a walk along the pier while I was waiting for the shop to open.  A beautiful if blustery day!
