the Langstane on Elsick Mounth. This standing stone has one of the oldest Ogham inscriptions known. See extra photo. I too part in a new walk for us, as part of the Autumn Week of walks organised by the Grampian 50+ network; the walking group from Stonehaven were the hosts this year. Excellent day!
