Ever since I read that it takes about 12 bees to produce 1 teaspoon of honey over their lifespan, I am resolved not to waste any of it. So, once there is only that left which sticks to the walls of the jar, it's hot-milk-with-honey-straight-out-of-the-jar time! And this heather honey from the Rothiemurchus Estate near Aviemore was a particularly tasty one.
