Previous experience useful

Warsaw is cold and wet, and I can feel the niggles of a cold. I went to a local pharmacy, and was very pleased to see this on the shelf, as I recognised it from an audit in my previous company several years back and knew it to be the eastern European equivalent of lemsip. Paying for it was more of an adventure. You had to take a ticket, like the deli counter in waitrose, the go to the pharmacist with the ticket to pay.
Hopefully it will do the trick.
