Lovely tea which really opens up your breathing.

I rather like a mug of this heavily steeped before I go to sleep. I'm not a massive fan of liquorice but it works well in this combination and really helps you to breathe deep! I'm looking into the rest if the range by this brand and reckon I may try a few more :-)
