Tin Kitchen

As per usual, the first thing we want to do after leaving the airport is to find a nice place to enjoy a Traditional English Breakfast. Today we discovered an amazing hidden gem in High Wycombe, not too far out of our way on the road to Birmingham. The eggs are free range and the bread is made from an ancient wheat grain, grown locally. But the quirkiness of the mismatched dishes and silverware and the friendliness of the staff helped to make it a new favorite! It is in a very unassuming neighborhood and from the outside it just looks like someone's house (and it is actually as the owners live upstairs ). The pork and bacon are from pastured pigs. It all tasted delicious!
