Rain spatter

This is a picture of a window. 
It shouldn't be easy to capture clear glass, but in this case the window washers missed these windows ... again. Emails, phone calls, leaning out the window like "Yoo hoo, Mrs. Goldberg!" I seem to have complained loud enough to the right people this time to get the problem resolved.
