Salt
An oppurtunity to see inside the Salters Hall and take photographs. Fascinating history of salt and its historic importance. We were taking pictures for a project by the camera club - to record as many livery halls as possible. Being a nosey wotsit I sneaked into the kitchen where they were preparing a banquet for the evening.
Damian here was happy for me to snap him as he did something clever with a panful of beaten eggs and stuff. It was probably going to be delicious.
Then on see a show by Cirque Eloise at The Peacock Theatre. Hadn't heard of them before . They are a Canadian troupe who put on a fantastic display of acrobatics, juggling, stunt cycling, trampolining and breakdancing. All backed up by loud music and a brilliant projected urban backdrop. It was excellent and I highly recommend it. Mind you, I could have done most of it if they had asked me to join in...
