busy times.....


.... and while writing this I nearly fell in the same language trap my kids fall often enough: 
half six ..... or - as I was  taught - half past six .... means for a native speaker 18.30.

In German  'Halb Sechs' (literally translated..) means 17.30.........


add this to the time difference of one hour between GMT to continental time and you a royally screwed......



And the worst: I begin to question what time is 'really' meant when talking with my kids........... thank you so much ....... :-))
