In A Spin...

Early darkness has put an end to the biking sessions so tonight we gathered at David Lloyd for a spin session.
I'm not a member. It's very expensive. The facilities are very nice though. My tri club hire out the pool on Monday evenings and now the spin studio on Wednesday evenings.
I've worked my socks off today as I was in the pool bright and early for a training session as well.
I'm shattered tonight. Think I'll sleep well.
