Tens Machine....

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and it is having  limited effect on my back problem slow but I might be getting there, very slow indeed.

I had my car valeted today ready for our holiday start on Saturday, while it was being cleaned I had breakfast in Weatherspoons and a few coffee's.
They did a great job cleaning the car and earned them a tip.
