Tangled Webs

I feel like I've been caught in a web today. I've had to work, to do an update on of our systems, and despite what I thought was thorough planning it has taken very much longer than I expected ... like all day. Every time I think I've got free of it something else has come up which has needed fixing. I've become very fed up. This is not my favourite thing to be doing on a Sunday.

So, a short write-up tonight. I really want to be done so I can watch the closing ceremony of the Olympics. I think it may well be quite emotional. So much to comment on - so be prepared for some ramblings next week. I want to throw some thoughts out there while it is still fresh.

And thank you yet again. Yes, I was very much the proud dad yesterday.
