Cake Lollipops

Cake lollipops. Cake crumbs, mixed with frosting/buttercream-icing, moulded into balls, stuck on sticks, and dipped in melted chocolate. And in this case sprinkled with smashed cinder toffee.

My cake balls kept falling off the sticks when I dipped them, until I gave them an extra session in the freezer after insertion of the sticks. I'm blaming the warm weather.
