Lazy day after yesterday's boozy shenanigans. Lie-in followed by some hangover reducing fast food in a bun.

Spotted this tree on a head clearing walk around the woods this afternoon. Loved all the lumps and bumps on it, perfect for climbing (not by me, didn't have the energy for that) until Euan discovered it was riddled with spiders. He doesn't like spiders.

As we missed the opening ceremony we're going to settle down now to see off the London Olympics. It's lived up to all the hype and then some and I'm going to miss vegging out and watching hour after hour of obscure sport.
