Moo-oooooving experience

This derelict house on Ramsey Street is part of Art Prize. Called, "Inside Outside".  It was created by the graduate sculpture students of Indiana University. The Artist Statement is complete, pretentious bullshit about, "cohesion and architectural interventions operating on varying planes in both media and in subject – such as the controversial methods of water conservation, the interpersonal balance of communication and silence, the unpleasant affect of tourism, and symbols of North American cultural shift."

 Come on, it's an inflatable cow.
