Still knitting

After presenting my great nephew with a Luigi glove puppet, I've now made a fair start on a Super Mario one. Well, he has got two hands and, delighted as he was with Luigi, he did tentatively enquire if I had any red wool. After that I need to make another dog for his sister. She wants twins with different coloured collars! I'm loving my bamboo needles. Keeps my hands happy.

Meanwhile, I've been commissioned to write a story for 6-year-old readers. I'm enjoying the change from poetry, although the editor did suggest I could do it as a rhyming story if I wanted. Might just do that. Keeps my brain happy.
