friendly cockroach

All KS1 went to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park today. It was such a beautiful day and the children really enjoyed seeing all the animals. We had a workshop session and that was where the 'friendly cockroaches were. It took me a little while but I decided I could let one climb onto my hand. It was ok!!! and quite pretty colors to look at!
