At a snail's pace

Our tandem language exchange programme has been upgraded for enrolment - really at a snail's pace to get the technical side done. The registration numbers reached to over 100 witnin a few hours, all piled up in my email box. 

Well, again I failed to get support with access to a designated database so I had to do it all manually, at a snail's pace...
