One happy girl

Finally, after 4.5 months of waiting the day arrived. Carys got to see Carlos Acosta dance at the Royal Albert Hall. It was his final performance in Classical Ballet and his speech at the end made them both cry.

To cap her evening Valentino Zucchetti was also dancing. He is a first soloist with the Royal Ballet and one of the dancers she met back in January at the Opera House.

Some of the themes of the dances Acosta chose were quite adult, but thankfully that went over her head. This was the first time she had watch exerts rather than a whole ballet, but she loved it. Her eyes were shining when we left.
