The timeless beauty of Glaisdale

From the Egton Bridge to Rosedale road, it 's hard to imagine that this wonderful valley was formed by the action of Glaciers, then melt water and then before humans cleared the landscape the Primeval Wildwood that covered the British Isles from top the bottom and coast to coast, that must have looked like the Amazon Rain Forest.
Any way, I love it just the way it is,  even though I know it was created by mistake by early farming methods!
