From garish to gloom

That was quite a red balloon day thanks to everyone who dropped in to scatter an amazing number of stars and hearts, which I know I don't really deserve, but accept with humility unashamed glee.

I went for a walk this morning and soon found I was heading into rain, which got heavier as I got closer to home.  The pictures I took were rubbish but this one looking down on our cosy estate tucked into the woods, and in a hollow will have to do for today.

We have an exhibition of photographs tonight so we'll soon be heading off to put them up and then heading back later for supper.  Apologies in advance for the lack of comments.
