A Wind Vane

We went into Cambridge today for a few items of shopping and a couple of other things.  Having completed our activities in Cambridge and while waiting for a bus, I got Mrs GOG to take this picture of the wind vane opposite to our bus stop at the Grafton Centre.  This vane is unusual in that the direction given is a true vector showing all three dimensions, rather than the usual two dimensional, horizontal directions, normally displayed by most  wind vanes.
