Beveridge Park

This is where I had my first park run and the boys and I decided to revisit it today since I haven't been back since they started a parkrun closer to home.

It's a very well kept park and the kids enjoyed running around.

As for parkrun this morning......i disappointed myself with a slow time!

No strong headwinds...... No injuries....... No excuses.......

Just slow time!! (I wondered why it didn't feel as painful as usual!)
