My new best friends

Had sore throat and head cold since Wednesday, generously donated by my other half. Despite popping cold & flu caps and sucking throat lozenges it doesn't seem to be going and my chest hurts from all the coughing.

I hate feeling like this but know I need to rest and give my body time to fight those pesky bugs! Not good coming home from holiday feeling poorly though.
