Bolognese (Giada's)

I can tell that autumn is here because yesterday I made butternut squash soup and today I made a double batch of bolognese. Comfort food for sure when it gets cold.  It got into the 30s F this morning.  Now it is sunny, but still a bit cool.  Gorgeous fall day!
