Rebar!

Tremendous morning when I had the opportunity to be shown around the construction site at 1 Bank Street. This is a 700,000 sq ft office building in the making. Owned by Canary Wharf Group, Byrne Bros are building the core. I was being shown the slipform rig in action (and a lot of others in action too!) It was really interesting and I hope to be able to go back when they have built a few more floors. My second photo is of the core from the ground level.
