Charming Life

London Olympics 2012

We were up very early this morning and off to Earls Court to watch the volleyball.
So we went on an early commuter train and ate pastries as we went.
Then it was a change to the underground before working our way to Earls Court.
We had been warned that the queues for security would be long, but the longest queue was to fill our water bottles at the water fountain.
The volunteers were amazing and so helpful, they were all smiling, it made us proud to be British.
Serbia beat Tunisia 3 - 1 and Bulgaria beat Poland also 3-1.
To watch such high quality sport was fantastic, Mark was really in his element (he's still playing despite being 40!)
The entertainment was brilliant, the noise levels massive - a great experience.
