In the middle of preparing a plum tiramisu in verrines, as this evening is the party at P&B home.
Layers 1 (ladyfingers) and 2 (plum compote) are done, ready for layer 3 with quark/mascarpone in our recipe (no eggs) and the final finish with cocoa/cinnamon powder.
