Good morning

Lovely view from our bedroom window. It enticed Claire out for a run, so I dropped her off in Broughton.

The morning was busy with visitors. Bill for coffee & building talk. Mike & Torrin for coffee, digger talk & computer maintenance. Stuart & Rosie with the parish magazine.

After lunch & a doze, I went onto the roof to check the chimney & removed the stickers from the flue. Hopefully that might put an end to the strange smell. Then I finished off the first coat of limewash on the bothy - putting the ladder away just as dusk enveloped the woods.
