We had an Applefest in the ecovillage today, sun shone, apples were pressed and drunk, tree talks and care, forage walk, and the apple cake bake off! This is the table starting to fill with goodies. Good fun, my gluten free applecake was having the usual trouble of staying together - tasted great , but didn't win , didn't matter .
