My trusty oven squirrel to the rescue!

I have had this oven squirrel for years and it works like a charm. Because of its squirrelly design, it is a favourite device of mine. Those who know me and my predilection for these rodents are nodding or, possibly, rolling their eyes right about now. If you don't know what it is fur, uh for, it is used to push and pull hot racks in and out of the oven - as was done for this ciabatta bread I made. Once again, no burned fingers.
