After a few dull days the sun's back but temperatures have dropped. I'm no longer able to keep my door open during the day

I had a physiotherapist visit today and I was hoping he would say I was able to cope with the stairs to enable me to get to my bedroom. Sadly no but he's given me some easy exercises to do

I must admit that the care I am getting from Greenwich Council's Reablement Team is world class. My support worker in the morning spends over an hour with me
