On your marks (again)

We missed out on being part of our home church's holiday club while we were in London. They used the same SU teaching material On Your Marks that we used in Scone a few weeks ago but it's amazing seeing how different each church's club can be. Derek, the guy in charge, did mention something about us being Olympic correspondents or something :p Hilary and I enjoyed being part of the Global Games closing ceremony athlete procession with the children and team this morning through the congregation. I really enjoyed seeing what they'd been up to during the week. It looked and sounded like they had a great time.

I spent the afternoon packing up the rest of my stuff for moving back to Glasgow tomorrow and I'm currently enjoying watching the Olympic Closing Ceremony. So amazing to be able to say I was in that stadium last Wednesday!
