Countertop Kitty

My Dear Fellow,

Jasper's a funny little character. Just when you think you know all his tricks and habits, he does something like this. "I'm going to have a nap on the kitchen top," he says. And acts like this is an actual normal cat thing to do.

The detritus around him are cat treats, so I guess he had a snack and then just flopped down. 

If that wasn't bad enough, I'd seen Jasper just before - literally FIVE MINUTES BEFORE - with his nose as far up Punky's, uh, "base of the tail area" as it was possible to go. I mean - RIGHT UP THERE. Punky's tail was all shivery. What a display.

I'll have to run a disinfectant cloth around the tops after he's moved, but this would explain the cat hair in the moussaka.
