I became a very temporary member of the WI today to attend a talk about our local wind turbine. My head is now full of facts and figures which I will probably never need but.......  The most interesting was that although it cost £2.5 million to build/erect it did pay for itself within 4 years and is now generating almost pure profit.
Although a fascinating structure it is very difficult to photograph so , despite taking quite a few 'arty' shots I have gone for the more straightforward one.
