Didn't know whether to be insulted or patronised at this smart arsed wit in Malmaison Hotel. Or is it clever psychology, perhaps fewer get taken away and need replaced?

(Decided not to take home and replace carbolic and hessian sacking, wouldn't want to go soft now) :-)
