Longhorns are back!

The fields and woodland at the back of the house are protected as they are the location of a rare fungus and a listed landscape.  The Cattle are used over winter to manage the plants and grasses.  I always think they look very intimidating but they are meant to be quite mild natured.  I always make sure I've got an escape route just in case!  There are about 12 of them in the field now and they will be there for the next few months.
