Manor Water Hill Race

A was running the Manor Water Hill Race, Kirkton, Peebles today. 10miles up and down a hill. The boys and I did the kids fun run race, which was as far as they wanted to run across the field and back. We ended up the top of the field and onto the hillside because they were so keen! So 2.2miles later we were back at the start and they were awarded their prize of lots of sweeties - where was mine though?! A enjoyed his race and his prize beer.
Weather was fab so it was lovely hanging around at the end to cheer on fellow Penicuik Harriers. When we got home this was in my hall - how cute are the little running shoes?!
