A very nice start to the day, a bit cloudy this afternoon, but a nice sunset.

We went swimming this morning and I had a chance to test the swim keel  my sister gave me yesterday (inset).  It's quite interesting as the top part is designed to float and the bottom is weighted.  When the weight is placed at the top and it is used as a pull buoy it makes it harder to swim and works the core muscles.  Also works instead of a float for kick sets by holding the narrow part and doesn't place unnecessary strain on the back.

Then home and watched the Japanese Grand Prix.  Quite a good race, another disappointing one for Jenson Button, but a good one for Nico Rosberg.
