Go to a garden centre and buy a packet of wildflower seeds and you will get a few delicate ,whispy,prima donnas that may, or may not ,struggle out of the ground for a few months and then dissappear forever! Not this lot though:they are the real McCoy---tough as old boots ,and ready to abseil over your garden fence in a heartbeat to terrorise the life out of your namby-pamby dahlias and begonias! But here, out in the real wild, they are as good a perennial border as any to be found in a suburban garden.
