Feet up

.....again! It has been a busy Sunday, although I did get to sleep past 8am!!! I also had tea and toast in bed :-P

Noo and I then had to dash to the Co-op to buy an emergency present for his friend Freddie, en route to his birthday party. We were there until 1pm, dashed home for a quick cuppa and a change of clothes, then went to pick GravyC up from his long run at Jevington. I then ran the 10 miles from Firle to the A27 crossover along the South Downs Way. Very nice it was too! In between time, Noo has found time for making cards. ZQ has man flu....
