Dubrovnik

Unfortunately the apartment we'd booked in Dubrovnik was near an extremely noisy bar - and neither John nor I can really cope with loud music until 1am.  We decided to move elsewhere, which meant that we didn't do as much exploring as we might otherwise have done.
