Tiled ...

... I love these tin tiles which have been rescued from old buildings across the States. I read that rooms were lined with these tiles for safety reasons as the tin helped to contain the flames and prevent tragic events like The Great Chicago Fire from happening again ...

This is my rather unconventional contribution to Derelict Sunday ... as the tiles were saved from buildings that were no longer loved and being pulled down by developers ... hope I'm not being too cheeky ...
